BGC是斯伦贝谢最大的软件研发中心，负责油气资源开发领域的数据采集传输和解释软件的技术开发。BGC成立于1997年，现在已经拥有超过300名员工。BGC开发的软件包括用于电缆测井和随钻测井的数据采集和传输系统，钻井技术系统，油藏与油井的数据解释和模拟系统，数据传输系统等。项目内容涉及多种油气开发领域的先进应用技术，包括地质、地球物理、岩石学、地质力学、地层测试、钻井、地质导向和完井等技术。
  
Duration: minimum 6 months, from January/2017
      
  Location: Schlumberger Beijing GeoScience Center, Tsinghua Science Park  
工作地点：北京市五道口清华科技园创新大厦A座9F
  
Responsibility:  
A.    Provide coordinating support for campus recruiting
B.    Communicate with hunters to find suitable contractor candidates. Organize contractor/intern/fresh out interviews. Make records and write monthly report.
C.    Help staffs handle the procedures of probation, onboarding, leaving and renewing contract.
D.    Process monthly payment for vendors; Make payroll and pay for contractor.
E.    Assist with BGC University training, employee benefits, university relationship related issues.
F.    Other personnel duties assigned by manager.  
Requirements:        
A. Can work 4-5 days per week with School or Supervisor's permission, fulltime preferred.  
B. Major in Human Resource Management and related, 1st or 2nd year graduate students preferred.
C. Fluent spoken and written English, the working language is English.
D. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
E. Highly responsible and committed to the job, attention to details, process oriented.  
F. Strongly self-motivated and high initiative.
G. Proficient in MS Office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
