Start from: January 2017, at least 6 months full-time work
Brief Description of Assignment:
1. Participate in the training and learning management at Daimler, including learning organization build-up, training planning, training operation, process improvement, etc. (20%)
2. Support the training event management, including invitation distribution, facility preparation, on-site support, training evaluation consolidation, etc..(60%)
3. Team administration work, such as meeting room reservation etc..(20%)
Qualification Requirement:
1. Junior university student or above, postgraduate student is preferred.
2. Strong willingness to work in HR training field.
3. Proactive and eager to learn.
4. Outstanding communication skill and presentation skill.
5. Detail oriented and customer service awareness.
6. Good MS Skills, especially Excel skills.
7. Good English, especially written English.
8. More than 3 months internship experience in well-known companies is preferred.
