[IBM招实习生啦！] Java Developer for BPM Tool Design
The IBM L2 Customer technical support team is looking for a proficient Java developer. This position provides a unique opportunity to deep dive inside IBM Leading Smarter Process Middleware Business Process Manager(BPM) and industry leading web debugging tool Fiddler to design an End-to-End Performance troubleshooting tool. This is an exciting opportunity to start from scratch to independently design a hands-on utility to benefit BPM L2 daily PMR analysis.

Job Role
The role will mainly use Java to design, implement and maintain L2’s End-to-End performance analysis tool for PMR ease of troubleshooting, including Fiddler trace analysis, BPM instrumentation log analysis as well as BPM trace and DB SQL analysis. You will develop, document, and communicate with BPM internal teams to understand the functions and implement the requirements.

Desired Skills
- Fluent Java skills with practical project experience
- Fluent knowledge on Java plain text processing, regular expressions
- Fluent knowledge on Java Web technologies such as JSP, servlet, etc.
- Ruby knowledge is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and team work skills

Qualifications:
- Graduate student only, prefer second year master
- Computer Science/Software Engineering related majors
- 985 & 211 schools only
- English: Fluent
