Job description
The intern will be the event coordinator, play assistant role for retail program, and provide administrative support to CCG Sales Team, scope of work will include meeting logistics, calendar, team schedule, event coordinate, and customer engagement schedule.
Qualifications
You should be a university graduate. Additional qualifications include:
-Good skills in Microsoft Office* and Outlook*.
-Good operational discipline: strong problem solving skill, good team player and quick learner.
-Self-motivated, assume responsibility and attention to details.
-Experienced in college activities/social activities/internships.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese. Majority portion of the job is administrative/program coordination with internal and external stakeholders. You should have strong communication skill, include listening, analysis and articulation skill.
-Candidate that can work full time at least 4 days per week and at least 12 months.
-Previous working experience in multinational companies would be an added advantage
