RESPONSIBILITIES
include but are not limited to:
λ Prepare research for customer experience, marketing, and sponsorship programs
ν Collect data from surveys, databases, and external sources
ν Analyze data and summarize key findings
λ Support sales, service, and marketing operations
ν Build and load prospect lists for call and email campaigns
ν Develop reports and dashboards to monitor campaign performance
λ Assist with business process improvement and data management
ν Perform data hygiene and ETL tasks between various systems
ν Prepare documentation of changes to business processes and data models
λ General support of the Strategy & Analytics department

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
λ Junior or Senior in college pursuing business, economics, statistics, market research, or marketing preferred.
λ Candidate should be self-motivated, organized, professional, mature, analytical, and extremely detail-oriented
λ Prior experience in finance, economics, marketing, or related field
λ Intermediate to strong knowledge of basic statistics and the ability to communicate that knowledge to others that do not possess the same statistical background
λ Experience with manipulating large data sets
λ Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications
PHYSICAL & MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
λ While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, handle or feel, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk and hear.
λ The vision requirement includes close vision and ability to adjust focus.
λ Nature of position requires physical mobility and the ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
λ Must have ability to adjust to changing work hours and locations as needed.
