工作职责
1、创新型教育模式的研发和实践；
2、参与人才培养模型的研发和搭建；
3、杰出人才数据的开发和维护；
任职资格
1、研究生及以上学历，具有课程研发、教学等方面的经验，熟悉学术研究规范，具有课题研究经验者优先；
2、熟悉发展教育学、认知与成长理论以及教育心理学等基本理论；
3、踏实肯干、乐于学习，善于总结和发现教育与人才培养规律，能够理论联系实际；
4、具有较好的文字能力和熟练的英语能力；
5、每周工作4天或以上全职实习，能够承受一定的工作压力，能够接受弹性工作制（部分活动和工作会于晚上和周末进行）；
6、具有教育学、管理学、人力资源等相关工作、专业背景，有国际教育背景和经历者优先；

Top-level Youth Talents Education Research Post
Job Responsibilities:
1. Developing the innovative educational practice mode in Hillhouse Academy
2. Developing and establishing the model of top-level talents cultivation in Hillhouse Academy
3. Developing and maintaining the database of top-level talents in Hillhouse Academy
Requirements:
1. Master degrees and above, whoever having experiences in curriculum development as well as teaching, familiar with academic criterion and having research experiences will be considered in advance.
2. Having strong motivation to learn, high reliability, good at summarizing and recognizing innovative educational practice.
3. Possessing basic knowledge in pedagogy, and being able to connect theory with practice in research projects.
4. Having good language ability and English skills.
5. Being able to engage at least four days per week (or full-time internship), to handle working pressure to a certain degree and to accept flexible working time (since parts of the work are required to do during nights and weekends).
6. Having working or academic background in pedagogy, management and human resources, whoever with international educational background and experiences will be considered in advance.
Term of Office:
June to August, 2017
Payment：
1. Base: 180RMB/day
2. PRP: based on performance, to be discussed during the interview
