Job Description
The intern’s key responsibility will be on 2 parts:
1.Customer Biz Operational support, scope of work will include customer facing, customer orders management, customer demand/supply management and data analysis.
2.Provide administrative support to Lenovo Ops Team, scope of work will include meeting logistics & calendar, team schedule & event coordination.
Qualifications
You should be a university graduate. Additional qualifications include:
-Fluency on Japanese (require N1 level)
-Good skills in Microsoft Office* and Outlook*.
-Good operational discipline: strong problem solving skill, good team player and quick learner.
-Experienced in college activities/social activities/internships.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
-Candidate that can work full time at least 4 days per week and at least 12 months.
-Previous working experience in multinational companies would be an added advantage
