Job Description

-Collect market data and industry information, track the development trend of the industry;
-Coordinate the approval process of new entities and new funds / investments structures;
-Follow and track business progress, including the activities of fund raising, fund investments, fund management, and fund exit, as well as business performance statistics from such activities;
-Assist in the document filling

Requirements

-Full time university student.
-Relevant majors and internship experience in private fund business is preferred.
-Good in business writing.

Skills and Abilities
-Effective communicator.
-Excellent interpersonal skills, integrating tact and diplomacy.
-Strong self-starter, self-confident & energetic.
-Detail oriented and can-do attitude.
-Good command in English.

Department Introduction
CICC Capital Management Department (“CCM”) is a newly formed department. As a first-tier department, CCM will focus on the management of the domestic and overseas private fund business uniformly, including making strategies, promoting the business development, allocating resources, managing and controlling risks etc.
