英特尔实习生【Intel】JR0029514 Technical Engineer Intern - Life sciences

Descriptions：

In this role you are responsible to provide support to Intel Health and Life Sciences group to do software design and development on data analysis for Life Sciences customers. As you prepare yourself for the future, this internship will train you in the ability to make high level design choices for the software structure, frameworks, protocols, algorithms and standards.

This job is responsible for software code optimization and technical training of life sciences related projects. Your deliverables at the end of the internship could include solution blueprints, reference architectures, prototypes, case studies or white papers.

We would love to have you for an extended amount of time even up to 1 year (3 months minimum), giving you the chance to ramp up, learn and deliver great results.

Qualification
-Master's or PhD candidate in Computer science or related major.
-Experience in algorithm optimization, data structures, data, vector and task parallelization techniques.
-Data analytics experience along with statistical and algorithm development.
-Comfortable with Linux/Unix, scripting languages (python, perl), programming languages (C, Java) and multithreaded programming.
-Knowledge of industry standards, research workflows, privacy/security, data sharing, data management/integration and coding / vocabularies
-Experience in Life Sciences, Genomics is a plus
-Experience with RDBMS, i.e. Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 is a plus
-Excellent communication skills essential
-Fluent in technical Mandarin and English is a must
