The video management application enables the Polycom Real Presence Platform and leverages customer’s existing infrastructure & investment, which will improve user experiences with Lower operations and administration costs.

We are seeking exceptional engineers to join our development team. The ideal candidate must be passionate about building high quality, high performance and high availability system with high scalability. The right candidate is a highly motivated individual who is able to work in self-motivated teams that can take a product from conception through delivery.

Responsibilities:
-    Design, Development and Unit testing on new product features.
-    Collaborate with other product teams in US/Israel/China to conduct solution level design
-    Delivery on time with/exceeding satisfactory quality.
-    Software maintenance and enhancement with timely response

Requirements:
o    BS or MS degree, preferably in computer science, software engineering, electronics engineering or telecommunications
o    3+ years software development experience and at least 3 years of working experience with Web development  
o    Excellent Object-Oriented Analysis and Design experience. Experience on large scale server side software design and implementation is a plus
o    Strong knowledge and skills in Java, Java script, HTML5, CSS, especially  I/O, threading, network programming. Familiarity with web test tools, JUnit and TDD process
o    Experience with software version control tool, such as Clearcase or Subversion
o    MUST have good work style and good communication skills. Be good at speaking and writing in English because of the tight working relationship with global team

Experiences that apply for one or more items listed below is highly preferred
o    Knowledge and experience of Virtual Machine deployment
o    Knowledge and experience of Network Management
o    Knowledge and experience of Agile development process
o    Experience of working  on Linux/Unix
o    Experience of Database development, familiar with popular relationship Database such as Oracle, SQL Server or My SQL.
