AWS(Amazon Web Service) is seeking a talented, bias for action and with strongownership recruiting coordinator intern. This role is part of global AWS talentacquisition organization, and he/she will work closely with a team ofRecruiters/RCs in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal person will be able to work effectively with internal/externalclients and candidates, possessing great communication skills, having theability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy moving forward withinterview process under procedural system. Responsibilities
SchedulingIntern interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates andhiring managers, in some cases arranging travel for visiting candidates Support thecampus recruitment logistics arrangement, like resume screening, interviewfeedback collection, prepare the paper works, onsite support and providethe regular reportsUpdating candidaterecords and job postings in recruiting systems as well as relevantwebsites & campus BBSAssist theFTE and Intern on-boarding process, including the background checkmaterials collection/raise TT and follow up the progress, signing off theagreement and confidential agreement, guiding on Day One preparation andescort to the hiring managersProvidingfollow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone andemail Trackingrecruiting activities and providing candidate status in time Take chargeof visiting Candidate’s Reimbursement and Agency Service Fee Payment

· Preferred Qualifications
SimilarHR or admin working experience in MNCs is preferred, passionate withrecruitment and campus program
