Required Skills:
1. Experience in research
2. High-level written English
3. Able to read Chinese documents related to economic conditions and policies
4. Able to work with large data sets in Excel
5. Attention to detail
6. Available 3-5 days per week
7. Background in economics preferred
8. Only Chinese nationals who are enrolled students can be considered

The intern will support economists in IHS Markit' China Regional Service, including tasks related to:
o Same-Day Analysis of economic, political, and regulatory developments
o Regional forecasts and historical data
o Regional profiles
o Special reports
