Position: Senior Software Engineer
Location: No.8, Xue Qing Rd., Haidian Beijing
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Gateway requirement analysis, translate to technical spec.
2. Responsible for design and maintenance of Gateway.
3. Responsible for design, system design for next Gen product.
4. Responsible for feasibility study of new technology.
5. Part of the SW team, design and implement software modules, review codes and documents, and perform unit test and integration of SW functions.
6. Field issue diagnostic and investigation, provide technical support internally or externally for customers.
Qualifications:
- M.Sc. or B.Sc in telecommunication engineering or computer science or related discipline (Masters preferred).
- 2-3 years at least /Switch/Router experience.
- Expert in C/C++ programming, Linux knowledge, OpenWRT, embedded software.
- TCP/IP stack, and Ethernet is mandatory.
- 2-3 years’ Experience in below 3-4 categories at least:
(1) Protocols: VLAN, Qos, IGMP/MLD, ARP, DHCP, PPPoE;
(2) Voice: SIP or H.248, DSP/SLIC/SLAC chip related development; IMS
(3) bootloader, Linux OS, driver;
(4) Management protocol/tool: some experience of Web-GUI, TR069/TR098/TR104.
(5) 802.1ad, stp/rstp/mstp etc layer 2
(6) IPV4, IPV6 multicast, unicast, IPTV
- Deep understanding of Operator network environments to support voice, IPTV, data, multicast etc. service.
- Good team player, written&Oral English.
