Brief Description of Assignment
oThe Shared Incubator served as an integrated facility supporting all Business Units of Daimler in China to leverage know-how and resources both internal and external
oThe candidate will take a key role in this new platform for technology development and has to be willing to be part of a new team of IT innovators
oHe / She will be responsible to co-create concepts with the team and to find ways to realize concepts by building design prototypes
oStrong mentoring from professional designers will be given
oMain Responsibilities lie in designing minimum viable products, using agile working / coding methods within the team


Qualification Requirement
oHigh proficiency in design software and graphic editing, e.g. in Photoshop, InDesign, KeyNote, etc.
oGood skills in Experience User Design and User Experience of Web Applications and other Areas
oGood skills in conceptual design, 2D design and 3D design
oGood skills in video editing and animation making
oGood language skills in Chinese and English
oStrong interest in newest technologies      
oCapability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
