Analyst

Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate potential targets for investments, acquisition, joint venture; deals and assist in making investment thesis.
2. Structure and execute deals, including modeling, due diligence, negotiations and closing. Able to lead projects.  
3. Conduct industry/sector research; analyze market data, business trends and operating metrics to help senior management make investment decisions.
4. Post-investment management.
5. Solid finance or legal background will be a plus but NOT a must.

Requirements:
1. Graduated from one of top universities.
2. 1-2 years of internship working experience, prefer candidates from PEVC, big 4 transaction service or audit team, investment bank.
3. Excellent analytical skill; able to establish and apply process rigor with attention to detailed work flows.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skill.
5. Possesses in written and spoken English and Chinese.
