In this position, you will perform various administrative and project related activities in support of an individual or group varying in size.
Typical duties may include but are not limited to the following:
o Manage calendar and provide administrative support for ILC managing director, including meetings arrangements, reservation, transportation, reimbursement, etc.;
o Schedule and coordinate for internal and external meetings and events, including content planning, site selection, purchasing, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, etc.;
o Use the Intel hiring tools to manage requisition for employees and interns, recruit CWs, maintain intern list;
o Process purchase orders and track invoice when necessary;
o Manage departmental recognition, update group org charts and PDLs, update ILC internal website;
o Manager and record inventory;
o Stamping management

Qualification:
o Bachelor degree or above;
o Can speak and write in English well;
o Have a high degree of judgment and discretion, detail oriented, flexible, and can prioritize large workloads;
o A great team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills;
o Fast learners, can solve problems independently;
o Must have a high degree of professionalism to maintain confidentiality;
o Intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT (Photoshop is a plus);
o At least 6-month internship.
