Job Responsibility:
-Support lab management activities assets, SIMs, boards
-Assist team activities: eg. to arrange meeting, prepare invitation letter
-Support operation planning activities, such as resource planning, organization restructure, process re-engineering, KPIs
-Support ICT Communication improvement , such as definition of channel, implementation, meetings
Qualifications:
-Strong analytical and communication skills required
-Excellent writing and oral English skill
-Commitment to work 4 working days per week
-Fast learning and Pro-active attitude
-Disciplined and integrity
-Top tier university preferred
-Graduates students major in Information Management, Business Management, Computer Science or other related major
