Program Analyst, Retail Program Management
Job Summary
We are seeking a Program Analyst to support our retail programs in Greater China.
The ideal candidate will have an affinity with numbers and an ability to effectively and clearly
communicate complex information. A general understanding of retail marketing and consumer
science as well as a keen interest of how they connect to successful retail programs are
advantageous.
The Program Analyst must be passionate about digging into data and understanding the stories
the data are telling. She/he will be equally passionate about helping others solve problems, gain
insights, and make decisions using data.
Primary Responsibilities:
o Design different surveys for market & customer research
o Review data sets and reports for accuracy, validity and data integrity
o Compile and consolidate data that are gathered from different sources, and
maintain data tools and dashboards on a daily basis
o Analyze data, and communicate complex information clearly and concisely
o Fulfill ad-hoc data requests in a timely manner
Key Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Statistics preferred
o Proficiency in Excel is a must
o Ability to creatively visualize information and data required
o Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented
o Works well under pressure and tight deadlines
o Able to multi-task and prioritize
o Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
o Experience using analytics tools like SPSS, Excel Macros etc. is a plus
Education
Bachelor degree and above
