Qualifications
?    Education:
- Students of Finance or Accounting majors
- To graduate at 2019 or 2020
- Tsinghua University or Peking University preferred
?    Experience:
- Internship experience at management consulting firms and/or investment banks preferred
?    Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong financial analytics skills and solid knowledge on Finance / Accounting
- Strong PPT and EXCEL skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
?    Commitment:
- At least 3 days a week for 1 year (Aug 2017 to Jul 2018)
- Occasional remote work is feasible


Job description
?    Portfolio Management: Assist CFO, BAI deal team and finance team to manage BAI’s portfolios, including collecting operational/financial data from portfolio companies, conducting relevant analysis, and preparing presentations and required materials for monthly meetings with global CEO and Investment Committee.
?    Database Maintenance: Assist CFO and finance team to properly update key investment information in the database and conduct relevant analysis for internal reporting.
?    Internal Collaboration: Assist CFO and finance team to collaborate with finance/accounting colleagues at Germany headquarter on BAI investment related topics, and assist BAI and Bertelsmann China Corporate Center colleagues on group activities, e.g. organizing important meetings, or facilitating visits of group guests.
