Job description  

1.   协助进行投行A股IPO项目的工作底稿抽查工作；
2.    根据工作需求，对投行业务中遇到的合规管理相关问题进行法律检索和研究；
3.    根据工作需要，协助收集投行业务相关案例和best practice。

Requirements:

1.    硕士及以上学历，法律专业。
2.    成绩优异，具备较强的写作及口头表达能力
3.    责任心强、品行端正、沉稳踏实、吃苦耐劳
4.    能够保证充足、固定的实习时间，有律所、相关专业机构的实习经历者优先考虑。
