MUST have:
- Native Chinese language skills
- Business-level Japanese writing skills
- Logical Thinking
- Strong research and application (especially PPT) skills
- Business manner and communication
- Able to work in Guomao / Wangfujin in Beijing during office hours almost every business day (excluding Chinese public holidays)

Better to have:
- Experienced in consulting projects (intern)
- Graduate student
- Business-level Japanese speaking / listening skills
- Familiar with Automotive and information technologies
