Role: marketing assistant, China
Reporting to: Field Marketing Manager, China, FNET
Responsibilities
-Assist FM for marketing action plan execution
-Support FM for marketing events logistics, including customer invitation, venue confirmation, meeting materials preparation and distribution,
-Collating customer data and upload to marketing system regularly
-Complete weekly WeChat/Weibo content plan and post
-Assist improving the design, content of the company mini-site
-Assist to run campaigns to develop leads and to drive online traffic to the company mini-site
-Others assigned by line manager
Required knowledge, skills and abilities
-Display the basic understanding of digital media to sell products
-Experience in on-line marketing
-Has solid knowledge and skills of using AI and PS
-Shows basic understanding of social media and how it can be used to reach end users
-Has strong communication skills and displays confidence when speaking aloud or writing
-Be outgoing and be worked in technical company is plus
Qualifications
-University in marketing/digital marketing, business administration or communications
-Having experience in creating marketing content ( including but not limited to digital marketing channels, such as social media, website, emails )
-Understanding Baidu website searching tools, and how to set up sites and campaigns to ensure the campaigns results
-Good communications skills to work across in different departments
-Experience in SEO, email marketing and social media are helpful
-Good skills in Microsoft office, Word, PPT, Excel
-Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Constant contact, HTML are helpful
-Good Chinese content writing with English language communication skills
