Job Responsibility:
- Work with world wide/local team to analysis business requirement and design, develop the solution by leveraging multiple IBM/3rd party product
- Responsible for the design, coding, unit test,  fix defect etc
- Responsible for the support for product / solution go live
- Work with world wide/local team leads to drive innovation during full software development life cycle

Skill:
- Bachelor degree or above, master is preferred, major in CS or equivalent
- Good communication in both Mandarin and English
- Strong technical skill in C#, Javacript/Dojo/Struct is a plus
- Good problem analysis and resolution skills
- Interest in new technologies and able to pickup quickly
- Familiar with IBM product is a plus
