任职要求：
- 知名院校，专业不受限制；
- 工作态度严谨细致，有良好的沟通基础，逻辑思维清晰；
- 每周至少三天实习，持续三个月以上优先考虑

工作内容：
- 独立筛选/搜索简历并通过有效的电话沟通技巧与候选人进行求职意向的沟通、协调并通知面试时间、接待候选人；
- 对招聘信息进行日常管理，主要负责职位信息的发布、更新；
- 跟进招聘服务费支付流程，参与咨询公司业务线面试流程

薪资待遇：
- 18.75元/时的工资，加班有加班费

地点：北京 上海

Senior Analyst

Requirement任职要求：
- Bachelor degree or MBA in economics, finance, mathematics, statistics or any other major with significant quantitative course work, and a strong academic record；
- 1-2 years relevant working experience in multinational or leading local companies is a definite asset, but not essential; working experience with professional/consulting firms is a plus;
- A problem solver; able to identify and solve challenging problems；
- Analytical; able to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way；
- Conceptual; ability to go beyond the details and see the big picture；
- Results-driven; focused on achieving results that promote business success；
- Organized; able to work and think in a methodical and orderly way；
- Committed to quality; continuously works to achieve the highest quality standards on works and able to meet tight deadlines；
- Team player; Ability to work independently as well as in a team；
- Well-developed analytical, quantitative, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills；
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential
