Job Responsibility:

1.Payment and Reimbursement

o In charge of document collection for signed payment request (PR) and reimbursement report
o Review PR and reimbursement report, ensure it is compliance with group and statutory policy
o Submit payment and reimbursement request to chief accountant for approval
o Process bank payment via paper based, wire transfer and E-banking system, forward bank slip to applicant  
o Explain and coach employee complete payement request and reimbursement report properly

2.Master Data Maintenances

o Maintain Bank account list, Bank account information and VAT invoice information
o Maintain customer and vendor master data in spreadsheet and key in accounting system/Tax system

3.Foreign Currency Management

o Publish official foreign exchange rate at the beginning and end of every month
o Monitor the fluctuation of exchange rate and alert the risks to manager

4. Bookkeeping & Reporting

o In charge of cash and bank account bookkeeping
o Issue cash management report and weekly cash forecast report
o Issue daily cash-bank report
o Assist monthly closing, ensure the consistence of daily cash report with bank account statement
o Accomplish other reports temporarily and ad hoc work assigned by chief accountant

Job Requirement

o College Degree, major in Finance or Accounting;
o Fresh graduate is welcomed, more than one year's working experience in accounting or finance area is preferred,
o Manufactory field background is preferred
o Certificate of accounting professional
o Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
o Expertise on MS office software
o Familiar with U8/KINGDEE accounting system
o?Team spirit to integrate into teams and groups
o?Good communication skills
o?Strong time management ability
