Job Summary  
The Red Hat People team in Beijing, China is looking for a Recruiting Intern. In this role, you will work alongside our technology recruiters as a valued team member while gaining experience in all aspects of the recruitment cycle, including campus recruitment programs, job postings, sourcing candidates, social media, facilitating interviews, and more.
                    
Primary Job Responsibilities  
Write and post positions to job boards, update applicant tracking, and maintain other systems  
Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring their experience when visiting the Red Hat site for interviews is enjoyable and runs smoothly
Help maintain sourcing channels, especially on social media（WeChat and Weibo), and encourage employees to refer their friends to Red Hat's job openings
Prepare documentation including contracts, HR reports, and management reports
Support important initiatives like campus recruiting
                    
Required Skills  
Excellent communication skills
Interest in pursuing a career in sales or marketing
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work as an intern for 5 days per week over the course of 6+ months
Hard working and willing to learn new things, as well as interested and excited about working in the recruitment industry
