BGC是斯伦贝谢最大的软件研发中心，负责油气资源开发领域的数据采集传输和解释软件的技术开发。BGC成立于1997年，现在已经拥有超过300名员工。BGC开发的软件包括用于电缆测井和随钻测井的数据采集和传输系统，钻井技术系统，油藏与油井的数据解释和模拟系统，数据传输系统等。项目内容涉及多种油气开发领域的先进应用技术，包括地质、地球物理、岩石学、地质力学、地层测试、钻井、地质导向和完井等技术。

项目简介
The projects are about how to improve the knowledge of our drilling performance, based on combining historical data and simulation results.  We want to create some hybrid models that include the best aspects of machine learning and physical models.  We are also very interested in how to use transfer learning from previous simulations, in order to reduce the simulation load in the future.

任职要求
We are looking for probably 6 additional interns – preferably at least half for 6 months
2 with backgrounds in image recognition or sound recognition or bioinformatics
2 with general engineering background (ECPk profile)
2 with other backgrounds would include General software engineering、Machine Learning、Geostatistics
Other scientific or engineering background (physics / engineering / bioinformatics / economics / statistics)
