Responsibilities:
- Candidate sourcing through all available channels;
- Schedule on-and off-site interviews；
- Take ownership of and drive all aspects of recruitment process administration through pro-active communication, diligence and recruiter requirements;
- Calendar management and schedule of internal and external meetings;
- Remains focused and calm under pressure
Requirements:
- Students with bachelor’s degree or above;
- At least 4 days a week and able to have the internship half year above;
- Excellent English writing & reading;
- Have strong sense of ownership & result oriented;
- Highly conversant with Excel, Outlook, Word;

岗位描述：
1、协助招聘经理进行校园招聘相关工作；
2、协助招聘专员进行侯选人相关资料的收集、分类、整理；
3、通过不同渠道搜索且定期追踪潜在候选人情况；
4、负责面试安排、接待和反馈跟踪工作；
5、协助招聘专员整理归纳招聘情况；
6、招聘模块人才库的建立和完善
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，专业不限；
2、较好的沟通能力，能熟练使用word、excel、ppt等办公软件，熟悉互联网招聘平台，有相关经验优先；
3、有较强的组织、协调、沟通能力及人际交往能力；
4、责任心强、踏实敬业、富有团队合作精神；
5、2019年及之后毕业的在校生，每周至少实习4天，持续实习3个月以上
地点：亮马桥润世中心
待遇：250/天
