Purpose & Objective of Position
-To support Human Resources Team in executing the people Strategy
Expectations & Tasks
-Project manage execution of People strategy;
-Coordination with all stake holders in driving execution;
-Coordination wiht recruiting process;
-Assist with onboarding new hires giving them their first introduction to our unique work culture;
-HR front desk assistance and customer service support;
-Proactively promote Team Member engagement and events;
-Contribute to various projects working in conjunction with HR as well as with the Operational Departments.
Skills / Competencies
-Good understanding of HR concepts
-MUST be excellent in MS excel (pivots, Vlookup etc) and Powerpoint
-This job needs excellent coordination/orchestration skills
-Must like to work at detailed level, track progress
-Research skills
-Fast learner
-Proficient in English and Mandarin
-Preferred experience creating brochures, flyers,or other print/online materials
Educational Requirements
-Bachelor's / Master's degree in human resources, marketing, communications or business.
Job Type
-Intership within 3 months (extendable)
-Working days: at least 4 days a week
