Job Description – Portfolio Development Intern
How to add value to portfolio companies standing at an owner’s perspective? How to get familiar with budgeting and business performance review? How to gain deeper understanding of deal structuring and due diligence process? As a portfolio development intern, you will find the answers by
o Supporting PD team on data analysis, documentation and other daily operations.
o Performing in-depth research on various portfolio management topics.
Requirements:
o Superior academic achievements from top-tier universities
o Has strong interest in portfolio management. Previous internship in top tier accounting, consulting, or MNCs is a plus.
o Demonstrate relentless intellectual curiosity and a strong drive to analyze problems in new ways and to excel at the highest level.
o Demonstrated ability to collaborate and develop relationships inside and outside the organization to enable effective completion of business objectives.
o Operate effectively in a multi-cultural, fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment with a high degree of attention to details.
o Demonstrate strong written, oral and presentation skills both in both English and Chinese.
