Main Responsibilities
职位描述:
1.Answer phone calls from customers and clients in goodmanners in accordance with company procedure根据公司流程,礼貌接听客户电话
2.Handle outbound casese and support the inbound-casehandling following with our standard of operation(SOP)根据工作流程处理国内外案件
3. Assist to liaison with the local facilities
(e.g.hospitals)and providers both overseas and in Chinaas well as our other centers and offices in Europe and Northern America
与公司的海外呼叫中心及海内外服务供应商和合作商(例:医院)保持联系,处理客户各类需求
4.Provide concierge service to customers according totheSOP根据公司流程向客户提供礼宾服务
5.other tasks assigned by supervisor领导安排的临时性(或其他工作)
Requirements
任职条件:
University education background or above;Medical Science or English major preferred
应届毕业生、在读研究生/大学专科以_上学历,医护专业或者英语专业优先
A nursing background is preferred有护理背景优先
Able to communicate in both oral and written English可用英语进行基本沟通和邮件联系
Strong customer awareness and communication skill 较强的客户意识和沟通能力
Honest,patient,hand-working and team player诚实、耐心、敬业,有团队精神
Good computer literacy熟练使用办公自动化软件
薪资待遇:6000-7000,五险一金,双休节假日休息
