Program Coordinator (Intern)
Key Responsibilitieso Coordinate programs related but not limited to collaborations with top universities
in China and overseas
o Support ongoing inner globalization training programs and develop comprehensive
evaluation reports
o Help build positive relations within the team and external parties
o Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda
Requirementso Undergraduate, English and Japanese bilingual speaker
o Proven cross-functional communication skills
o Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams
o Experience and passion in training or coaching programs
o Excellent time-management and organizational skills
o Detail-oriented and efficient
o Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office
