Requirements:
岗位要求：
Bachelor degree or above with Material related Major
本科及以上材料专业相关 （高分子材料优先）
Full time internship with 5 days per week guaranteed in summer
全职暑期实习工作，一周能保证5天工作时间
Good command of English
良好英语能力
Good computer skills, including word, Excel, and PowerPoint
熟悉电脑操作，包括word，excel和powerpoint
Good communication and problem-solving skill
良好沟通及解决问题能力
Good ability of learning and proactive
良好的学习能力并工作积极主动

This intern will participate in some continuous improvement team in production line. He/she will contribute the team in some material characteristics perspective. And will get to know the production knowledge and world class manufacturing concept.
实习生将参与到生产部持续改进小组，在小组中就材料的特性方面对于机器的影响做出贡献。同时在实习过程中，实习生也有机会通过实践，初步了解生产知识和世界级制造理念。
