Purpose职位目标：
The intern will support the delivery of technical proposal, basic design packages (BDP) and engineering packages (BDEP) for Gasification; To liaise with the customer during the project definition stage; To contribute to execute the BDP/BDEP and provide services during the detail engineering phase of the customer's project; To lead continuous improvement in Quality, Scope and schedule.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES工作职责：
1.Participate in the preparation of technical proposal, Basic Design Packages and Basic Design and Engineering Packages for Gasification projects, in close cooperation with other delivery groups.
2.Support project team of process and mechanical design engineers accountable for delivery of these packages, meeting schedule and quality targets.
3.Contribute to post implementation design reviews, delivery of continuous improvement in delivery.
4.Use design tools for process design, Heat & Material Balance, Equipment and Instrumentation Design, Safety in Process Design.
5.Skilled User of Process Models as flow sheeter models e.g. PROII, Unisim, Aspen, etc.
6.Working together with customer, supporting engineering contractors outside company and expertise business units within company.
7.Contribute to maintenance of the process design guides, and design tools based on lessons learned, approved MOC, and Development Releases.
JOB REQUIREMENTS招聘条件：
1.Students of MSc and above in Chemical Eng. or equivalent.
2.Excellent understanding of basic chemical or mechanical engineering knowledge
3.Honest, Integrity and Respect to others

5.Good communication, engaging and influencing skills
6.Keen to learn new things.
7.fluent in English speaking and writing.
