期望：
1. 本科及以上学历（硕士/博士在读更佳，相关专业：自动化，机电一体化，计算机，电力与电子技术，工业工程等理工科背景专业）
2. 基础的英语读写能力
3. 研发岗位：
a. 了解机器人仿真技术，熟悉Gazebo、ROS或其他机器人仿真平台
b. 有C++/Python或其他语言开发经验，有Linux系统使用和开发经验更佳

Job requirement at Siemens Corporate Technology Center (Shanghai):
1. Bachelor or higher degree (Master/PhD candidate is preferred), e.g., in Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, EE, Industrial engineering or other majors
2. Basic English reading and writing skill
3. R&D position:
a. Robotics simulation; familiar with ROS, Gazebo or other platform development
b. Familiar with C++/Python or other languages, Linux use experience is preferred
