Work duration: more than half a year, better for a year, at least 3-4 working days ensure for each week
This role will be working closely with the Hardware & Software development team to ensure the overall quality of Polycom conference related hardware products.
Responsibilities:  
·         Establish qualification and Reliability test strategy under line manager’s support;  
·         Assist line manager to take the responsibility of reliability test (environmental test and Halt test)
·         Perform board-level hardware QA testing, including SI, PI, THERMAL, and EMC etc.  
Qualifications:  
·         Bachelor or above degree with Electronic Engineering or equivalent specialty  
·         Strong knowledge on hardware product and test equipment, rich experience using test equipment, such as high-speed oscilloscope, thermal chamber, HALT chamber, etc.  
·         Familiar with common components and interfaces, like Power regulator(DC/DC &LDO), memory(DDR, Flash，EMMC),USB interface and HDMI and Ethernet interface, etc.
          Familiar with the automated testing will be given priority
·         Excellent written and oral communication skills (Mandarin and English)
