Position


猎头实习生（北京）



FMC的工作经历对于即将踏出校园的学生在职业发展上，可能起到如下的积极帮助：

* 对市场上潜在的雇主更多的了解；

* 从别人的成功的职业发展经验中学习；

* 在自己职业生涯的早期，对自己将来的职业发展有更清晰的认识。





工作内容:

1)        在猎头顾问的指导下，理解客户及客户的招聘需求；

2)        通过各种渠道寻找符合职位需求的候选人, 并进行联系和筛选；

3)        候选人面试的安排及跟进工作；

4)        及时将候选人的相关信息录入人才系统；

5)        猎头顾问安排的其他工作。



任职要求:

1)      本科及以上学历，专业不限；

2)      每周能工作三天以上；

3)      熟悉使用计算机办公软件；

4)      积极主动的工作态度，快速的学习能力；能适应快节奏的工作方式；

5)      良好的沟通协调能力；具备团队合作精神。



实习待遇：120元/天+奖金
