Main Accountabilities
1. To deliver technical support (investigation, analysis, calculation / simulation, reports) in one or some of following technical areas
2. Renewable energy, distributed energy resources：delivery and integration
3. Power distribution network: reliability, efficiency, high RE penetration in planning, construction, operation and maintenance
4. Microgrid / regional grid / integrated energy system
5. Power transmission: HVDC, VSC HVDC, FACTS, etc.
6. Energy Storage and its applications
7. Power system modelling, simulation, analysis
8. Control strategy development

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
1. Master or Ph.D student, strong technical background (electrical engineering, control & automation, power electronics)
2. Open minded and team spirit; Strong executer; excellent innovation capability
3. Self-motivated, willing to take responsibility for different tasks and new challenges, strong ownership
4. Fluent in spoken and written English
5. Good communication skills
