职位描述

1. Administers performance review and salary programs to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization
2.Reviews and approves job descriptions identifying job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills as deemed necessary
3.Confers with management to identify current and future personnel needs. Supervise the Hiring Process from personnel requisitions through to onboarding for on-line operators

Qualification Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree & above in HR or business related major
2. Good understanding about organization structure, Good at communication & interview skills
3.Good English communication skills (in oral or in written)，native English speaker is preferred.
