职位:Legal intern

? Requirements:
1. PRC top-tier law school students who will graduate in 2021/2022, post-graduates who have
passed the Chinese bar exam are preferred;
2. Good command of English, both written and spoken;
3. Detail-oriented, hardworking, with strong communication and negotiation skills and a team-
player;
4. Good skill in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint processing;
5. Capable of working full-time for at least 3 months from October 2020.

? Key responsibilities:
1. Conducting legal research and translating legal documents;
2. Keeping all the contracts and documents on file;
3. Generally supporting the legal department;
