工作地点:北京市东城区北三环东路36号环球贸易中心

【Description】
The position is intern to both Brand, Creative & Cross Portfolio team and IoTG Marketing team. The intern will provide assistance to both business line team mentioned before and marketing ops team. Working scope are as follows:
1. Assist meeting logistics: meeting agenda, meeting room reservation and meeting minutes.
2. Raise and track purchasing order, may contact different internal or external colleagues to maintain the order.
3. Offer day-to-day support: stamping, mailing, approval request, invitation letter application, lunch box order, team reimbursement and info consolidation work.
4. After settling daily logistics work, depends on your capability and willingness, you may have chance to be involved in specific marketing programs to learn and accumulate experience of marketing, strategy thinking and project management.
5. Running regular ops processes in conjunction with supporting functions.

【应聘要求】
1.实习期至少9个月以上，12个月为佳，每周到岗3天以上(英特尔公司及学校政策都许可的情况下)，实习期间需保证在校生身份
2.专业不限，核心要求是对市场营销有热情，有强烈的学习意愿和吃苦耐劳精神，思维活跃，充满好奇心!
3.熟悉outook, MS office办公软件;良好的英文读写水平，日常工作语言为英文，有机会和美国总部的同事交流
4.较好的沟通能力，有责任心和上进心，能think ahead，而不是被动接受和只停留在执行层面
