Our Exciting Opportunity
Supplier lifecycle support team is to offer mentorship and end-to-end services to the Global Sourcing community in regards to supplier lifecycle support. The team is responsible for on-boarding suppliers, maintain supplier data in various system, for supplier contract administration and management and supplier off-boarding. It also handles support for to strategic sourcing managers related to our sourcing online platform.
We need 1 intern for the team during coming half year, the position is based in Beijing and reports to the Head of Sourcing Shared Services APAC and works in close collaboration and alignment with Beijing and Bucharest teams.

You will
o    Help Sourcing Services Specialist to do Productification work for Network Services sourcing:
o    You need to coordinate with SSMs with mandatory input for negotiated price and description, coordinate with master data team through system/email to create product master data etc.
o    Support team members deliver contract services:
o    You need to support SSM maintain contract info in system and digital signing;
o    You need to guide SSM for contract signing rules if you find some errors;
o    You can contribute to more efficient way of working if you have good ideas.

To be successful in the role you must have
o    Excellent English skills and communication skills.
o    Sophisticated Excel skills and Analytics skills.
o    Logistic thinking and good problem solving skills.
o    Ability to be a quick learner.
o    Capability to work 3 or more days per week and last for half a year for internship.
