Job Responsibilities:
1. Follow up on all pre-event preparation tasks closely as assigned
2. Sample & related CRM materials management
3. Event tracking & report
4. Coordination with outside vendors and follow up on the relevant payment
5. Event on-site support (if needed)
Qualifications:
1. Education Background:Bachelor min
2. Major:Marketing/Communication/Business Management/English
3. Working Experience:Previous related internship experience preferred
4. Professional knowledge and skills:Highly experienced in Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Fluent in written English
Other requirement:
1.Prefer final year college students
2.Willing to work under pressure and respect deadline
3.Be able to work at least 4 (preferably 5) days a week
4.Good communication skill, Good teamwork spirit & Easy to work with
Self-motivated & Quick learner, Detailed oriented & Strong commitment to work
5.Good interpersonal and organization skills, diligent and independent
