BDA is looking for Analyst Interns who will work together with our consulting teams.  

Candidates are required to work onsite (at least 4 days in a normal week) in BDA’s office(Only Beijing) for a period of four months or longer(From September to December)
Those who complete the full internship program with outstanding performance are likely to receive full-time analyst offers or be listed in our early- decision program.


Description:

· Participate in the execution of consulting projects for the financial investors looking for business opportunities in China and other emerging markets
· Be exposed to various industries and research skills
· Assist consulting teams to conduct basic primary research such as cold calls, meeting arrangement, memo taking, survey execution and quality control
· Help consulting teams to explore secondary research, collect market and company data, digest and summarize the key messages
· Take part in and make contribution to the team efforts. Be flexible of supporting multiple teams in a short period of time
· Be involved in summarizing research findings and drafting deliverables
Compensation:

· RMB 460 per working day (RMB 10,000 per month)
Qualifications:

· Study for a graduate degree at top universities in China or equivalent universities worldwide
· Third-year students or above
· Quick learner with passion in business and investment
· Self-motivated and take ownership of tasks
· Solid analytical skills with critical thinking
· Willing to take challenges
· Creative thinking and strong curiosity
· Ability to prioritize time efficiently and attentive to details
· Fluency in written and spoken English
· Good interpersonal skills and teamwork ability with willingness to help out whenever necessary
· Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
