HR intern (Recruitment Team) (Beijing)
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate interview arrangement for recruiters and hiring managers
* Support team leader with vendor management;
* Support campus program;
* Maintain recruiting system;
* Maintain interview record.
Required qualifications:
* Open-minded and self motivated
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
* Strong team spirit;
* Basic ability to adapt to change, strive for improvements and eager to learn new working processes, methods etc.
* Service-mindedness with internal customer focus.
* Excellent knowledge in the Mandarin and solid in English
* Proactive to share experience and knowledge with peers.
* Good computer competence
* At least 4 days per week for one year
* Bachelor and above degree
