Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Internship)
SBU: Customer Service
Reports to: CSR Leader
Location: DCH Beijing Office
Responsibilities:
Support order process and fulfilment for designated customer segments.
Work with trading operation team, logistics arrangement for customers, import & export & local delivery.
Play a key role in payment collection and shipment control.
Work closely with sales team to attain customer satisfaction through high-quality CSR service.
Work with sales team as well as direct accounts in achieving high-quality sales and order forecast.
Support other business activities as required.
Qualification:
University education, preferably with a major related to International Trade or Logistics.
Can work 5 full working days per week and guarantee 10 months internship duration.
Good understanding of trading business, trading knowledge is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good English skills including speaking and writing.
Computer proficient including MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Proactive, a good team player, and willing to learn and grow through experience.
