工作内容：
An R&D software engineering position for the testing, verification and validation of signal generation software's for wireless communication systems.
- Purpose of position:
To test, verify and validate the Windows based or FPGA associated signal generation software's for signal generations for various wireless communication systems, such as LTE-TDD/FDD, GPS, WiMAX, Digital Video/Audio, WLAN, etc.
Also work with design and development engineers to do troubleshooting and problem investigation. Provide suggestions to development engineers.
- Main responsibilities:
• Software test, verification and validation for signal processing software's on Windows or with FPGA.
• Understand the wireless communication technologies that the software is working on, to design and develop suitable test plans for the technology.
• work with design and development engineers to do troubleshooting and problem investigation. Provide suggestions to design and development engineers.
• Track and Control software qualification schedule to meet the whole project schedule
- Other description:
• Visual Studio .NET environment; OO architecture.
• Cooperate with co-workers located globally.
技能要求:
- Required
• Candidate(Student) for Master or Ph.D. of Science in E. E. or related;
• Strong background and development ability in signal processing and wireless communications;
• Fluency of C++;
• Good communication ability and skills in both Chinese and English;
• Ability and willingness to learn;
• Good team spirit.
- Preferred
• Knowledge and experience on LTE or GPS systems
• Knowledge and experience in FPGA or other real-time design and development
• Knowledge and experience in Matlab and System Generator
• Knowledge and experience on Audio/Video encoding, such as MPEG, MP2, AAC+ or MP3
• Knowledge and development experience in C#, .NET and Visual Studio development

工作内容：
The successful candidates will use their knowledge on digital signal processing and measurement technologies to participate the design and development of signal creation and analysis algorithms for digital video related projects or other wireless communication formats.
The job responsibilities include:
o Understand the customer requirements
o Investigate the methods to fulfill the requirements
o Design the product and document product definitions
o Coding to implement the signal creation/analysis algorithms
o Perform multiple tests to ensure high quality products
技能要求:
Required:
o Graduate student major in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science
o Strong background in signal processing theory, including frequency and time domain transformation and analysis
o Strong background in analog/RF signal analysis and measurements
o Knowledge and experience in object oriented (OO) design and programming
o Good programming skills with C## and MS.NET
o Experience of software development on Windows platform
o Good English skills in both speaking and writing
o Strong learning ability
o Good team work spirit
Preferred:
o Experience in digital video or MPEG TS creation and analysis projects
o Experience HP/Agilent RF/Microwave instruments, such as signal generators, spectrum analyzers, etc.
o Familiarity with Wireless communication standards and related technologies.
o Experience of programming for instrument with SCPI commands
