Job Requirements (skills/experiences):
- Good programming skills in Java
- practical experience in javascript, CSS and HTML/DHTML.  
- Familiar with Ajax (dojo framework), Prototype.
- Mastering dreamware,photoshop and flash will be a plus.

Other:
- Good team player, open and active working manner, responsible and taking initiatives  
- Good communication skills, fluent in written and oral English  
- Quick learner, Self-motivated
