BU Introduction
IBM InfoSphere Federation Server is the industry-leading middleware for information integration, it gives companies real-time, integrated access to business information - structured and unstructured, mainframe and distributed, public and private - across and beyond the enterprise.  As a CSDL mission project, CSDL WebSphere Federation Server team takes the overall product ownership now.

Job Responsibilities
The qualified candidate will be responsible for the development work of InfoSphere Federation Server's Non-Relation Wrappers(Webservice, SOAP, MQ)

Job Requirements (skills/experiences):
- Solid knowledge on JAVA/C++ programming, experienced in JAVA Application server is better
- Solid knowledge on XML and related technologies(DOM, SAX, SCHEMA, XML-RPC, SOAP, Web Service, Xerces)
- Solid knowledge on databases (DB2, Oracle, Sybase, Informix, MSSQL);
- Familiar with one of UNIX OSs (such as AIX, Solaris, Linux) is a plus.

Qualifications (Education/Major/Certificates):
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Quick learner
- Open minded, pro-active, and self-motivated

时间方面:
一周至少能保证3天且实习半年以上。
