马凯是一家以中国业务为核心的全球性投资银行公司，涉及兼并收购、企业融资和私募股权投资业务。马凯上海办公室的工作涵括了公司的主要业务, 完成了许多重大的跨国并购交易, 并且在金融产品创新、风险期投资、成长期投资以及处置不良资产方面拥有独到的经验。
马凯暑期实习生项目是特意为世界各地优秀的大学三年级、研究生二年级的青年学生设置的。马凯上海办公室自2002年开始从复旦、交大、清华、北大中挑选优秀的学生与来自哈佛、牛津、普林斯顿、斯坦福以及香港大学的学生以团队合作的方式，共同完成此项目。
目前马凯已经完成了2009年海外实习生的招聘工作，现阶段启动北京的招聘流程，所有的简历投递时间到2009年6月18日截止。
通过与马凯员工的共事以及与国际实习生团队的合作，实习生可以体验到实战中的投行工作。每年, 暑期实习生都为马凯作出了重要的贡献。

E. J. McKay is a global investment banking firm focusing on China related transactions. Our Shanghai office is engaged in advising cross-border mergers & acquisitions, raising capital for corporate clients, and investing in attractive venture, growth and distressed opportunities.
The E. J. McKay Shanghai office has run a highly selective internship program since 2002, drawing college juniors and second year graduate students from leading education institutions around the world. Recent summer internship programs have seen students from Fudan, Jiaotong, Peking, and Tsinghua universities in China as well as students from Harvard, Oxford, Princeton, Stanford, and the University of Hong Kong.
We have concluded this year’s internship recruiting at overseas universities, and are starting our process in Beijing, which will conclude by Thursday the 18th of June, 2009.
Summer interns will work directly with our colleagues and overseas interns in corporate or financial transactions, and gain an action based perspective of life as an investment banker, while contributing to our firm’s growth.
As a closely held merchant banking firms, we are not subject to undue outside influences, which allow us to build our business based on intellectual insight, innovation and independent thinking.
